Consisting of 10 resources, this web page celebrates the achievement of the Royal Air Force (RAF, UK) and explores the engineering achievements of the RAF over the last 100 years. It contains teacher and student guides, as well as other support sheets. Originally designed for teaching KS2 and KS3 (UK curriculum for students aged 7 and above), this set of resources includes the following activities which take a look at forces: aircraft design; ejection seats; and disaster relief. Designing and making is a feature of these resources which encourages hands-on learning.
